School Philosophy

The staff and parents of James Clark Elementary School feel that we should provide experiences and activities in a safe environment that successfully prepare our students to become valuable community members.

We encourage our students to be respectful, caring citizens who strive to reach their potential, both academically and socially.

Visitors

All visitors must check in with the secretary in the office. You will be asked to sign the visitors log and wear a visitor's pass while you are in the building.

School Hours
8:55 a.m. to 3:25 p.m.

Half-Day Dismissal
12:20 p.m.

Please Note: Students are not allowed in the classroom until 8:55 a.m. As a courtesy for parents, you may drop off your child NO EARLIER than 8:40 a.m. and they must wait in the cafeteria.

If you need to bring your child to school earlier than 8:40 a.m., you may want to consider the Agawam School Age Childcare program, offered by the Agawam Public Schools. Please click on the link below to view their information.
