Greetings Parents!
Welcome to the Agawam Junior High PTO
We would like to take this time to tell you about the PTO.
The PTO is run by a small group of parents in conjunction with an AJHS Administrator and teacher.
The main function of the PTO is to vote on the approval of funds for programs and functions for the students.
Our meetings are once a month and last approximately an hour.
Our annual Magazine Fundraiser is the primary source of income for the PTO account.
An example of where the fundraising money goes:
T-shirts for various clubs
Teacher appreciation programs
Educational Programs
Special Achievement awards or parties
None of these extras would be possible without the hard work of all the students, teachers, and parents raising funds.
Please join us at the PTO meetings and help us to make decisions on these extras.

Locker Organizers Sale - While supplies last
Bags - will be available at the school store
Gift Card Program December 2010 - Family Order Form 1 and Order Form 2
Spring Basket Fundraiser
Book Fair
Teacher's Appreciation Day
PTO Friendly's Family Night Fundraiser
8th Grade Dance - June, volunteers needed
Field Days - June (need help with refreshments)
