PROFESSIONAL-STAFF FRINGE BENEFITS

Benefits in addition to basic salary are recognized by the School Committee as an integral part of the total compensation plan for professional staff members

Fringe benefits extended to teachers and administrators who are members of recognized bargaining units will be in accordance with the appropriate prevailing master agreements. The fringe benefits extended to administrators outside of recognized bargaining units will be as delineated in their individual contracts and will be at least equal to those extended to administrators in the bargaining unit.

All benefits packages will include those benefits required by law.
