WALKERS AND RIDERS

A student will be provided transportation to and from school if he/she lives one and one-half or more miles from the school in which he/she is enrolled. The one and one-half mile distance will be computed on the basis of bus routes except where a walking hazard exists on a given route. Where a hazard exists, the distance will be measured over the shortest safe walking route.
