REVOLVING ACCOUNTS

The following revolving accounts shall be established by the City Treasurer:

1. Agawam Athletic Account

2. Agawam Evening School Account

3. Agawam Lunch Program Account

4. Agawam Technology Ed. Account

5. Agawam Art Account

6. Lost Books/Textbook Account

7. High School Activity Account

All cash receipts and state or federal reimbursement received by the Agawam School Committee in connection with the conduct of the above activities shall be deposited with the City Treasurer and held as separate accounts to be expended by the School Committee.

The Deputy Superintendent/Business Manager shall submit to the School Committee a yearly report of each account on September 1 showing all income, expenditures, and the fiscal year-end balance. In addition, a quarterly report will be made and submitted to the School Committee for the High School Activity Account.
