ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY EXCEPTIONS

The Superintendent is hereby granted the authority to make an exception to the district’s policies as necessitated by any unusual circumstances. Any exception requests will be brought before the full School Committee for a vote.

The School Committee retains its authority to override said administrative exception. A simple majority vote in accordance with Committee policy will be recorded in the minutes of the special/regular meeting wherein this decision to overrule takes place.
